BOGE participates in Trusted Trader Scheme
BOGE has become one of the first compressor manufacturers to participate in the independently administered Trusted Trader Scheme initiative developed by the British Compressed Air Society and Referenceline.
Visitors to the Trusted Trader website can see how BOGE's customers rate them on important measures such as reliability, value for money and expertise.
What is this Scheme?
The Trusted Trader Scheme, formally launched in April 2008, has been developed by the British Compressed Air Society to ensure members are operating to the highest standards in industry. In order to measure this, a customer survey has been created. Participating members are required to ask their customers to fill out and return the completed survey to the independent administrator - Referenceline. Aggregate results for the participating member company's are then published on the Trusted Trader website.
How does the website work?
This website provides a priceless reference based directory for compressed air users searching for a supplier. The visitor can search for compressed air providers in their local area and where the member participates in the Trusted Trader Scheme they can read customers reviews and see how the company rates on important qualities such as value for money, expertise and helpfulness.
